I will definitely pray for your two friends. I have never encountered so many discussions of people with CF going on a vent, as I have this week. Does this happen often and is it to treat a specific problem or a long-term plan? Can some of you inform? Thank you. This has been an issue for me in the last few weeks and I feel really in the dark.

ReplyDeleteLauren in on the vent because she is end stage. Very sick on the list but waiting for c.diff to go away so she can be activated.
Ginger I think has H1N1. I'm with you and never heard it so often in such a short amount of time.
I know a lot of times you are vented to try to help your body relax. To give it the break it needs so it can start to heal.
