I have been SOOOOO good with vesting! 2 times a day every day for the past week and a half. That my friends is a record for me. I will do it at least once a day but to get it both morning and night has been great. And I have been adding in a third treatment in the middle of the day, no vest. Most of that is necessity though. But still. I am working on my diligence and so far so good. I just have to stick with it.
Congratulations!!!
ReplyDeleteI am very proud of you. Vesting is a pain in the tuckus and my kiddo Hates the well, I could list off all the things she hates about vesting, but you are doing so good that I don't want to remind you.
ReplyDeleteGO AMY!!! WOOOHOOO!!!! Keep going!
That's fab! Go, Amy, Go!
ReplyDeleteWay to go, Amy!
ReplyDeleteI learned this morning that vesting 5 minutes after breakfast is a very bad idea! Big time barf!
Awesome Job! Keep on Keeping on! Xo
ReplyDeleteWoohoo. This is where it starts. Just one day at a time. =) Before you know it it'll be weeks, then months, then you'll lose track of it all because it will be second nature. But don't beat yourself up if you miss one! We are, afterall, human.
ReplyDeleteThat's wonderful Amy! Congratulations. :)
ReplyDeleteYou're so good -- that's awesome!
ReplyDeleteI can not SCREAM LOUD ENOUGH how proud I am of you!!! WOOT WOOT!!! Where is that heart symbol when I need it??? LOL Vesting and the Hypersal is how we got Aryia from ranging her FEV1 from 56%-85% for 6 months up to 118%-122% in a month and a half! We had her do her vest 4x a day with Hypersal, determined to raise her baseline. Now we have cut back to 2x per day and huff coughing at the end and with her Acapella (3 rounds of 15 various blows)in the middle of the day. The numbers are there, they don't lie! Keep it up and you will see results. {{{HUGS}}} and wootie woot woot again!
ReplyDeleteJust thinking of you Amy! Hope you're still a vesting fiend! :)
